Shipping policy

We are shipping with Australia Post utilising the eParcel Signature Wine service. This is Australia Post specialised wine and alcohol handling process, with online tracking and proof of delivery notification. Au Post will be unable to leave your order unattended because it needs a check ,at the door, when a recipient looks under 25 - to meet legislative requirements. If no one is home to accept the order it will be taken to the local Post Office for you to collect. 
Order cannot be sent to
PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

We also include insurance/transit protection on every order, there’s no additional charge to you. We got you covered.

If your parcel is taking too long or hasn't been updated  or for any delivery assistance just contact us and we'll help you sort it out. 

If an item you have received has been damaged please contact us with photos and we can follow up for insurance.The order will be either replaced or we will issue a partial refund which will be determined at a case-by-case amount.

If your item has been lost by the courier, please contact us and we can either replace the item or issue a full refund.
